“They are scammers, call the 1-855-ART-4488 Number...the website claims hand sanitizer is in stock & their outgoing phone message clearly contradicts this claim.
I have reported them to this site and I urge everyone who has been scammed by them do the same.

“Ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer on April 18, 2020. Got a ups tracking statement but it just saying shipment waiting for pick up and hasnt changed since. Same, not taking calls or replied to any of my emails. They also charged me for shipping after I met the order amt needed for free shipping! What can we do if noone takes calls or answers emails but they took my money out of my acct fast enough! Ugh!!!!”

I am about to contact the BBB. I understand they are busy, but so far they have lied and misrepresented their delivery dates, and have not responded to my MULTIPLE email inquiries and have not provided any updated information about when I will receive my hand sanitizer. We are trying to open our business and they have completey screwed us up. The tracking number says my shipment should have arrived on 4/23/20. On April 18th I received this message that my order had shipped. This is absolute misrepresentation and fraud!! It still has not NOT even shipped!!

“Honestly, if I could give them less than a star I would. We put a diffuser of theirs on our Amazon Baby registry, which someone lovingly ordered for us. We received it and went to start using it and low and behold, there was no power cord! So I tried calling the number on the warranty card included, and the answering service was shut down due to the Corona virus. So I emailed the warranty department, and they led me down a pain in the ass chase over Order numbers and Emails and blah blah blah even though I explained multiple times that IT WAS A GIFT AND I DID NOT ORDER IT. In the end they told me I was SOL. Thankfully AMAZON is awesome and still accepted it as a return and gifted us a gift card that we will be using to buy a diffuser from a BETTER company that is actually helpful and cares about its customers. NEVER BUY FROM ARTNATURALS THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU.”

“The customer service is real bad. I sent a lot of emails, tried to call and got nowhere. No one answered the phone or emails. They finally shipped it and I got it like 3 weeks later.
I got a full gallon jug of hand sanitizer but it smelled unlike any other hand sanitizer I had ever tried. It simply smelled bad and I asked someone else to smell it who said "I think they got it wrong". I did some research and it contains Jojoba Oil. The thing about Jojoba oil is that it can go bad and when it does it has a rancid smell. I think this is the case here.
I put some of this on my hands and 10 minutes later I ran to the bathroom to give my hands a good wash. It left my hands smelling funny and unpleasant.
I put the gallon jug in the trash. Its a waste of money and the smell is of something that is either not the right formula or something went wrong with the batch. Someone said it smells like gasoline and that accurate. I wouldnt trust putting this on skin with that smell.”
