On Apr. 11, 2020 I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer. On Apr. 20 I asked for a shipping update as they had already sent me a tracking number that did not show it leaving their warehouse. Then on Apr. 28 I get an email that they are issuing me a refund. They apologized as they were unexpectedly overwhelmed. I said that I didn't request a refund I expected the product. Then they said re order it...........ABSURD.........why would I re order a product and tie up my money again when they simply cancelled my original order. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
