“Like many others they charged my paypal account one month before the product actually shipped. They stated all orders ship within 48 hours but that is a LIE...all they do is create a shipping label within 48 hours and then a month later ship it out. Also, the "unscented" hand sanitizer smells horrible, the gallon was not full, and there was no safety seal on the top. BAD COMPANY!! Deceitful and sketchy.”
“I do not recommend buying anything from Art Naturals. They charged my paypal account almost one month before I received the hand sanitizers. I just ran out of the sanitizer I had and when I opened the Art Naturals sanitizer I felt sick with the really bad gasoline/gas like smell. I thought it would dissipate once applied but my hands smelled with that horrible gas smell and I had to wash my hands right away. Again, I do not recommend this product or this company.”

Do not provide tracking #s. Try to communicate. Do not answer a phone or email. Finally when they did it was an automatic response. Liars and cheats. I urge all who reads this to continue to leave bad review. Start with Google, then BBB. File a report with the state of CA and every other stare they do business. “Reviews are true! I had purchased a bottle of this during the beginning of the pandemic at my local grocery store and loved it, so when I saw I could order online, I was excited. Shipment came and bottles were half full. The sanitizer smells so bad you can't even use it and they would not give me a refund...said that they would give me a 30% refund, but only refunded me $13 on two orders that totaled $100. They aren't taking phone calls either. Horrible. I will never buy from them again. I had also recommended them to some of my NextDoor neighbors, but had to contact them to tell them not to buy from there. I can't believe they do business like this.
