Reviews are true! I had purchased a bottle of this during the beginning of the pandemic at my local grocery store and loved it, so when I saw I could order online, I was excited. Shipment came and bottles were half full. The sanitizer smells so bad you can't even use it and they would not give me a refund...said that they would give me a 30% refund, but only refunded me $13 on two orders that totaled $100. They aren't taking phone calls either. Horrible. I will never buy from them again. I had also recommended them to some of my NextDoor neighbors, but had to contact them to tell them not to buy from there. I can't believe they do business like this. We will see if I even get a refund - probaby won't.
