Ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer on April 18, 2020. Got a ups tracking statement but it just saying shipment waiting for pick up and hasnt changed since. Same, not taking calls or replied to any of my emails. They also charged me for shipping after I met the order amt needed for free shipping! What can we do if noone takes calls or answers emails but they took my money out of my acct fast enough! Ugh!!!!
