I placed my order the week of 4/27/2020, I received shipping confirmation on 4/28/2020. 1 week later and UPS still has not received the package. I sent 2 emails only to get a cookie cutter reply from their "customer service" which indicates clearly they didnt read my email. DO NOT purchase from this company, they will take your money and then ignore you.
