As with other reviewers, I ordered a gallon of the sanitizer mid-April. They issued the order with tracking info with UPS...but has been stuck in awaiting order to be transferred to UPS to ship. Going on a month now with no activity. And I tried contacting them via phone, email and FB messenger. Filed claim with PP. Emailed them of this and requested a refund. I’m afraid I will not be getting my money back though....TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
