Do not order from this company! I have the same issue that a lot of people seem to be having with this company. I placed my order and I received an email with a tracking number in 2 days. The UPS tracking link still shows that they're waiting for the item - it's been almost a month. I have contacted my CC company and they're investigating. Go to the BBB website and you will see the same complaints.
