I have already written a review previous. I ordered from Artnaturals expecting to receive a gallon of hand sanitizer but instead I got a tracking number for a product that never shipped. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the fraudulent transaction and I also emailed UPS for this company creating fraudulent tracking numbers. I didn't get a response from them when I emailed them about my order and when it would be shipped. I only got a response them when my credit card company got involved. The e-mailed right away for cancellation of my order at that point. Do not order from this company!! I ordered from a company out of Portland Oregon and it really gets shipped with a great product. It's sad that this company has ruined it's reputation by lying to costumers during this pandemic.
