I wouldn’t even give them one star. I placed an order and after a week I hadn’t heard anything so I sent an e mail and they said there was an internal issue and they can’t send my items. They took the £80 out of my account, didn’t bother to contact me telling me about the order issue. If I hadn’t reached out I doubt I would’ve got the money back. I was told it wouldn’t happen again, so I placed the order again and the exact same thing happened. I had to e mail them asking where my order was only for them to tell me there was an issue and they’d be refunding me. Terrible customer service, wasn’t offered any compensation either. Really really would urge people not to waste their money and time with this company.
