FAKE REVIEWS! Fake reviews on both Ulta and Target’s websites (and probably others). Crappy products, they do not work well. Lots of chemical ingredients. I contacted Ulta about this, since I use reviews to make decisions about what I purchase. I hope they take this seriously.
