I ordered a diffuser last spring. It cracked within a few weeks. In July, they promised to replace it. I still have not received a replacement. I told them in August that I had not received, and they blamed the craziness of Covid, so I gave them a pass. Now, they're saying it was purchased over three months ago, so they cannot replace. Huh? I contacted them within several weeks of ordering? Promises, but no delivery. So disappointed.
