I placed an order on Dec. 9, 2020 and still have not rec'd my order (it's now 1/26/2021). I requested a replacement order since 12/9 and haven't rec'd it. Can't talk with someone in customer service because they're not accepting calls. Contacted them again today via email and they responded saying I can order a replacement (AGAIN)! I cancelled my order and will never order from them again.
