I ordered hand sanitizer on March 11. According to their website, orders before March 16 will be shipped by March 25. They printed a UPS label on 3/16 but never shipped anything. As of today, April 3rd, I have not received any updates.. I sent several emails inquiring about my order and got no response and now the emails are bouncing back. They are also not answering phone calls. Is this a scam?
