My order came (but not in the time they advertised) it was just INCOMPLETE.
Tried to contact customer service via email - they are not answering the phone. They have not responded to multiple emails.
It seems that this is a common occurrence and that customer service is severely lacking.
Suggestion - dispute your charge on your credit card if they offer that service.
