As per all other comments. Took my order and money on 3-10-20, then no answers to phone or emails. Filed complaint with Ebay and BBB, no resolution there either. I should have noticed that there were 2 payment routes on their website, one clearly labeled as Ebay, and the other that looked like a normal credit card choice (which I used). That payment was still processed by Ebay, so you can't go back to your card issuer and dispute the charge. They are still taking orders right now!
