Site said orders ship within 48 hours. They created a shipping label (with in 48 hours) but the order has not shipped. I have emailed them repeatedly on the subject by have yet to receive a response.
I get that things are rough right now, but bad service is bad service. I'd be willing to cut them a break if they just communicated WTF was going on. I really want to like this company and products...but I can't even get them.
I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
