I ordered two bottles of hand sanitizer in March. I received them promptly and product was of good quality. I ordered a gallon the first week of April. I received a UPS tracking number. Of course, just like everyone else. Product has not been received by UPS so therefore product has not been shipped to me. They have not responded to any of my many emails and also of course you cannot reach anyone by phone. I want a refund of my money and will be contacting my credit card company.
