Very similar experience to others. I placed 2 orders a month ago for soap and hand sanitizer. It said in stock and will ship in 48 hours. The soap arrived in a few days but the hand sanitizer never did. The tracking numbers show the full order delivered, but even the packing slip inside the box listed soap only. It seems like they are woefully behind on getting any hand sanitizer made or shipped. I've inquired numerous times via email and tried to call. I will just challenge payment through my credit card company.
