Same experience as everyone else.. placed an order in March, it was great.. placed another in April and the smell is awful (not to mention we only got part of our order but charged for everything). No response from customer service, voicemail is full. These people are thieves taking advantage of the current situation. Save yourself time and money.. but elsewhere
