Quite frankly the worst customer service I have ever received. A special shout out to Jade Pickford who was incredibly patronising and rude, contrary to her Customer Service 'Specialist' title.
Correspondence is very confusing and at Jade's discretion is 'ambiguous'.
Was initially advised that the return of vehicle LC19 DHJ would be £0 on the phone but have since received two bills for £500 which they are threatening legal action with. Wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Scam artists.
