We took out a lease on a car 6 weeks ago, it has already broken down and will be in the garage for 4 weeks. We have tried to get a replacement vehicle but Arval are extremely unhelpful, we spent several days on the phone to them and all they say it is not part our of the contract. DO NOT TAKE A LEASE FROM THEM! We are also still paying for the vehicle!
