Needed help on self checkout so asked a staff member for assistant only to be told she's on her break and can't help,other staff members were either chatting to other colleagues or texing on their own phones and not helping customers instead,Asda has really gone down hill when it comes to customers or Supporting staff who are having mental health issues,use to work there but when in hospital and came home Asda couldn't even ask how I was but instead when was i coming back to work,so left and they were not supportive while working there,the only support from management was instead of them just asking how my day was they would rather pass me on to a first aider who I dont work with or know that well to talk to
