“Needed help on self checkout so asked a staff member for assistant only to be told she's on her break and can't help, other staff members were either chatting to other colleagues or texing on their own phones and not helping customers instead,Asda has really gone down hill when it comes to customers or Supporting staff who are having mental health issues, use to work there but when in hospital and came home Asda couldn't even ask how I was but instead when was i coming back to work,so left and they were not supportive while working there, the only support from management was instead of them just asking how my day was they would rather pass me on to a first aider who I dont work with or know that well to talk to”
“I request a meeting with cathy biggs ! Ignored! I am ignored,! All for the cover up of poor staff PR! Far to much to write here..i have investigated the lies ! But asda wont meet to discuss?? Cover up ! No such thing as asda customer complaints dept !!!!”
“I received a phone call to say there was a problem with the van bringing my 5pm Asda home delivery and it would be put on another van. I was called later to be told this wasn't possible but it was ready and waitjng for collection. I informed the caller that we are self isolating as we are in our 70's with serious health conditions and asked could they delivery it any other time. I was told no all vans are full and drivers would not be allowed to take more on board. When I asked what other option was there, I was told I could cancel the order. Thanks for nothing Asda.”
“It's a long walk for me to get here I was very disappointed to find so few things in the sale especially after such big adverts outside . However this was more than made up for by the kind staff especially Luke in the cafe . The staff are what makes a visit here worthwhile and better than other stores”
