I ordered from Asda 6 storage boxes 100liters. One was broken I called to customer service straight away,send them a picture. They promise me replacement on the 27th of July I stay at home all day and call them. They apologise and promise contact me and send me replacement. Till today I did not recieved any information. I'm very happy with the product, but the service leaves much to be desired. Asda does not meet its obligations to the consumer. Therefore, I have a negative online service with Asda.
And I will buy everything in the store making sure the quality is good and product is not damaged.
