I ordered a multi pack of 2 long sleeve t shirts choosing a lilac/pink
colourway, on Wednesday I received my parcel and it contained
the WRONG coloured t shirts, after telephoning customer service
the same day they confirmed that replacement t shirts would be
forwarded in the correct colour choice, today Saturday I received
my parcel, once again the colourway was that which I
complained about so this mistake has been made TWICE!
I did telephone the customer care number however the
call handlers did not seem to understand, on my second
call I was eventually offered a refund, NO email to confirm
this, I have written a message to customer service however
no automated acknowledgement, this is very offputting a
company such as ASDA should treat their customers better!
I would also ask where is the call centre based as the handlers
seem to have difficult understanding what is being said this
is a further headache when trying to reach a solution.
I will telephone yet again if I hear nothing further,it does not
encourage further purchases.
