Wanted to give me items with bashed packaging - which was a gift for someone! then told me to take them and fill out an online return form and bring them back! Partner bought dresses too and went to collect it was kids socks...told to phone customer service and they could not understand us (scottish) customer service outsourced to India...hours on the phone...nightmare - I will not even shop at Asda now...its went way downhill since been taken over.
