Total incompetence with Asda click abs collect o made two journeys to collect an order which I was told in store and I have yet to receive it communication totally inaccurate . Was told I was getting a refund when never asked for one and was not informed that my order had gone missing but that it was in store . I phoned Asda costumer service and they informed me my order had arrived at store when it hadn’t they didn’t seem to have a clue . This has put me off shopping in Asada again
