Ordered a set of four glasses. A box arrived with 3 glasses. The side of the box clearly states set of 3 glasses. The website shows 4 glasses and matches the description. The order email also clearly states that I ordered 4 glasses not 3.
Asda make it impossible to complain. No working email address. The online complaints form is not fit for purpose and phoning them is a real test of your sanity. I tweeted them but have had no response.
I already felt ripped off but the fact that you cannot complain adds insult to injury
