Due to imminent holiday rang customer service and (after 20 mins) cancelled order with refund agreed. Guess what? No cancellation and no refund. Order delivered whilst I was away on holiday. Not only that, some boxes delivered smashed. Had to return at store - except Customer Service counter printer not working. Then comments on Customer Service not allowed on George website and removed. You get the picture? Hassle, hassle, hassle.
