They kept telling me the parcel had been delivered to a safeplace (which I had not provided) and after multiple back and forth showed a photo of it on the busy street where it would have likely been stolen. They made communication very difficult and I still have yet to be refunded or sent my delivery again. Yodel was their delivery service, and they should have communicated the issue between them.
