I placed an order, the money was taken from my bank account, the order never appeared on my george at Asda account.
I messaged George on X sent a snapshot of the money taken from my bank as requested, got asked a different question by approx.,8 service staff sent 4 snapshots of my bank showing they had taken it. After several days of this ,they final said they didn't have it and I would have to take it up with my bank. Absolutely one of the worst customer service I have encountered
