I did my grocery shopping online, selected the date/time slot for delivery, got my confirmation etc etc.
The day off, 45mins before the delivery was due i receive a message reading "We are sorry - we have cancelled your order. For more info & help to rebook visit the website".
I will NEVER use their online services again!
