Ordered my groceries online amd waited 3 hours. No delivery and no update on app of delivery status. Due to being a Sunday, customer services closed at 10pm.
Rang this morning and couldn't give me a reason why delivery didn't happen. Apology didn't seem genuine, felt like she was reading off a script as she kept repeating herself. Worst thing is, this is the second time this has happened!! Worst delivery service I've ever (tried to) use!
