Well where does one start Several times online order every time a substitution or not in stock. It wouldn't be so bad if the substitutions was accurate to what's ordered but they arnt they are either completely differnt or not the correct amount (their jobs arnt hard so there is no excuse for it) all they need to do is either go out back and get the item (i know shocking they have back stock to get from but too lazy to do it) or sub it for an item that actualy matches the one ordered and same amount (also not very hard at all) now asda pickers seem to be unable to do this very simple task. They will loose more and more customers unless they sort the mess out
