I will never use Asda again after my recent experience. Ordered for Saturday between 10am-12pm as had plans for the rest of the day. By 2pm I still hadn't recieved my food, or an update, so rang customer services. During this phone call, we were assured our food would come at 6.35pm exactly (clearly a time pulled out of thin air...) 8pm came, still no food so rang customer services again. This time they advised to cancel it, get full refund and re order. We went with this, the order should have been cancelled so I ordered from Morrisons for the following morning. When I woke up the next day, my food from Asda had not only not been cancelled but apparently delivered! Robbed! Rang back up, after 24 hours finally got a refund but no delivery fee back, so out of pocket, plus paid more for last min delivery elsewhere, plus my entire weekend chasing food that never came
