Everything with the purchase was smooth. I love, love, love the 22" ADJUSTABLE KETTLE-STYLE GRILL ATTACHMENT for my Weber kettle. I only wish you included assembly instructions in the box. It was very easy to figure out. However, I ended up putting the locking mechanism on backward. I did not realize it was backward until I oiled the whole unit down for the first burn-in and the grate kept falling to the fire. A simple picture would have kept my assembly correct. All is fixed now and the product is super.
