“The dowels are extremely poor quality and disintegrate when hit with a rubber mallet. I’m not even sure the dowels are the right size. I hope these benches stay together. The packaging arrived soaking wet on the inside of the box. This should not be a difficult piece to put together.”

“This grill is a dream come true. Quality of construction is unparalleled and made out of proper steel. Highly recommend adding the add-on that helps you get your next batch of coals ready. The only thing important to mention to any new buyers is that it is HEAVY which means assembling it alone is impossible. 11/10 worth it though! Super happy with my purchase. Wish I could upload a photo to show how good it looks.”

“Great product. The BBQ arrived as described and will be used as a community BBQ. We are replacing the one we had for about 7 years with this one. The amount of cooking space is great for large parties. It is easily cleaned and easy to maintain.”

“We love our teak furniture from Ash & Ember! Original order a dining set, and were so impressed we ordered two lounge chairs. The furniture was quick to be delivered, comes well packed and was easy to assemble. Best of all, it looks great, and feels more substantial than some of the cheaper completion out there.”

“I received my shipment and everything appeared to be in order. However, upon nearly completing the assembly, I discovered that one of the parts was not included in my shipment. This particular part was the locking mechanism for my grill. I reached out to support, was told a replacement was on the way and have yet to receive it. I called support back to inquire and was told the part was on "back order". I have an incomplete grill and am very disappointed with this whole experience.”

“I bought the 36in fire rings with grate which i have bought several in the past . Didnt like the last order because you have to put the fire rings together and dont seem as strong as the solid ring”

“I received my 2 Adirondack chairs. They were very well packed so that no damage was possible. We were able to assemble them in a couple of hours despite the fact that neither of us is very capable. They are so lovely & so smooth to the touch. It’s still a little cool to use them yet & we are under a burn ban so we can’t ignite our fire pit yet. However , we are looking forward to a summer & fall in which to enjoy them. I’m seriously considering giving my son & daughter-in-law a set for birthdays. I am so glad I discovered Ash & Ember.”

“Excellent experience, cost, and product! I found this grill at a discounted price and I was very exceptical about the seriousness of the website but I gave it a try. I bought it and it arrived in two days very well packaged. The quality of the grill is amazing and it is very easy to assembly. I already used it a couple of times and so far I am deligthed with the purchase. I ended up purchasing a second grill for my brother.”
