“I only have one negative comment about your Ash and Ember bench. We used your sealer that we purchased from you. Which turned out beautiful. We put the bench together and it was not too difficult for us even thogh we are both in our upper 70's. We carefully moved it to it'socation under our gazebo which was/is about 60 feet away. It is perfect; beautiful and comfortable! We stepped back to admire it and the emblem with your name on it was GONE. We looked EVERYWHERE! But we never found it. We sealed over the spot where the nameplate had been. It doesn't quite match.😒 I think we can remember the name of your beautiful bench but we miss the metal artfully designed and sized nameplate. Would you be willing to send us a replacement?? Other than the nameplate that fell off(we certainly tried to be careful throughout the procss of sealing and putting it together) we are very happy with our new bench and will recommend it to others. Thank you. Sincerely Gloria Rodgers 530-521-1335 grodgers50@gmail.com”

“This is a solid, well-crafted and beautiful chair! Having lost previous furniture to Florida's extreme weather, I am reluctant to put these beauties outside, but I can report that these chairs are much heavier and better constructed than my previous chairs. It was easy to put these together (just attaching the backs and seats with wood dowels). I will report back in the future how they've held up.”

“Got beat up on the way here and finish coming off and very sticky. The latter may be normal?”

“I have ordered teak benches, teak adirondack chairs and a hemisphere fire pit and all of the products have really impressed me with how well built they are. This is really a high quality store and I will continue to buy their products.”

“I love our new fire pit from Ash & Ember it is for sure high quality and heavy! We’ve already had a couple fires and love how deep it is compared to most fire pits we’ve had before and the price was really good!”

“I am so happy with my new purchase, a Savannah table and 6 Sandhill chairs. I wasn’t keen on the idea of making such a big purchase online, but when my products arrived, I was delighted. Beautiful, sturdy, heavy pieces that I will enjoy for decades to come.”

“I got the hemisphere cast-iron fire pit and it is everything I hoped for. I got sick of those steel ones that rust out no matter how you protect them and this thing is a beast. Everybody that comes over has a positive comment about it. I’m sure it will outlast me! Also, it truly radiates heat on a chilly night besides being beautiful to look at. It came quickly and in perfect condition. I would definitely deal with this company again.”

“We are so pleased with our teak bench. The quality is great and shipping was very fast with communication all along the way. My only suggestion would be to include better instructions for assembly. The pictures are very small and confusing. We guessed several times and it all came together in the end.”
