“When my chair first arrived i was disapointed thinking it would be like other chairs requiring alot of work to assemble.I was pleasantly surpised how simple and sturdy the chair was after a few minutes of assembly.I was so impressed with the chair i turned around and purchased another with the side table.”

“Ordered the kettle style adjustable grill and it fits perfect over my firepit. I have a nice propane grill and another nice smoker but my favorite place to cook steaks and stuff if over an open fire over the firepit and this makes it where I can raise the grill up and down to adjust the heat. Totally happy with my purchase”

“We really liked how well all the pieces were labeled. The glider chair was a little bit of a challenge, but we figured it out & were pros by the time we got to the second one. All the furniture is very sturdy & well finished.”

“The top part of my order came completely broken, and the bottom part never came at all. Support not just routed me to the provider of the shipping protection, and I just cancelled the order and got a refund minus the shipping protection, so this was a huge waste of time and money. Stay away.”

“To start I had searched via online for Teak outdoor furniture patio sets. I had not come to any conclusion on prices and pieces we needed for our space until I found ASH & EMBER. Everything we viewed ,we liked both looks and price so we took a chance and ordered. We received our furniture quickly and are amazed by the quality and craftsmanship put into these pieces. The wood is so smooth and once we decided to oil the pieces, the beauty of this Teak wood came to life. Absolutely Perfect choice and so pleased we chose ASH & EMBER, that we are considering another item or two.”

“Great job Titan! I placed a $4600 order on Tuesday. Within a few hours my husband informed me that the sofa is too big. I needed the loveseat. I contacted support. Yesterday the agent says.. so you just want to swap out.. I reply yes. Today (TWO DAYS LATER) she says you don’t have the LUXURY of modifying an order. I can’t cancel. I can’t refuse delivery. I should have read Ash and Ember’s Reddit reviews. Your customer service and shady small print stink. I needed a dining set too. Apparently you don’t like repeat customers. I will hit every review site I can with this to make BUYERS BEWARE of you.”
