“Ordered the luna chairs and table and coulnt be more happy with the quality of the product. The ordering with Ash and amber was flowless and the shipment came quickly and without damage and we ordered 14 pieces of furniture”

“Terrible customer support. They sent me the incorrect item four times. Then when I asked to return the original item, they said I passed the 30 day return window. But had they simply stated on day one that they don’t have the item I needed, I would have returned the first week. The rotisserie looks decent for grilling chickens, but likely not more than that, since you won’t be able to get the appropriate counterbalance. Do not purchase.”

“The products themselves were quite good but I really want to complement their customer service, which I found to be quite helpful. The legacy web interface is balky but their people were knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get where I wanted to be. The survey's question about response time is odd. My experience was 24-48 hours (greater than the 6-12 hour survey option but much better than the next choice of over a week) depending on the mode of communication chosen (as between chat/email/phone one sends you to the next which sends you to the third one which sends you back to the first) but when you actually get someone they can fix the issue. Net/net it was a good experience.”

“Very pleased with the Cascade rocker - very sturdy and in my opinion a good value. Assembly difficulty is moderate - it takes a bit of extra effort to align all the joints, and a bit of rubber mallet motivation was required to get it assembled. I do believe the wood dowel method of assembly, which this rocker uses, is superior to rockers that are assembled with wood screws. I would definitely purchase this rocker again.”

“I ordered 2 of the Hawthorne Grade A Teak Reclining Lounger and could not be happier with the quality and the look. The teak is beautiful, they are very easy to assemble and all of the bolts are gold colored which I love. Amazing price for a high quality product.”

“The beautiful teak lawn chaise arrived fully assembled except for the legs and wheels which were easy for me to put on myself. This is a very high quality piece of furniture and I’m so glad I upgraded. The cleaning and sealing solutions arrived with a leak in one bottle and the ziplock bag as well so I put it into another container. The teak will weather to a gray color naturally but I want to preserve the original color and protect it as much as possible. I also bought a good cushion from another company as I didn’t see that offered from Ash & Ember. I’m very happy with the quality of this chaise and with how well it was packaged and the timely delivery.”

“Great fire pit! We had been looking for the perfect one and so glad we purchased this one! Love the rustic look of it and goes perfect with our mountain landscape vs the shiny stainless steel metal ones. Works great. Definitely smokeless if the logs are inside the pit, but we tend to build our fire up so it’s not always smokeless for us. But it works great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new fire pit!”
