“Do not use this company. They ship by FedEx which will deliver it 5 days later than promised in this condition. And you ll end up with a 120 pounds broken fire pit. With no help or support from the company. Think twice before ordering from them.”

“The teak coffee table is a perfect addition to our patio. The wood looks like much higher quality than the price reflects. It was a little difficult to assemble without a helper and a mallet, but overall very happy with the purchase.”

“Our purchase of four Savannah Adirondack chairs. They are finely crafted and comfortable. One of the chairs seems to have not received its final sanding on the topside of the arms as they are rough compared to the other chairs. What is the grit number used in the final sanding? “I recently received my order of two folding chairs. They replaced two that I had purchased from another company, a very highly rated one, quite a few years ago. I am very pleased with my new ones from Ash and Amber. They are very well constructed and attractive while they will get little use this year, I look forward to enjoying them next season and many years beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Ash and Ember!”

“I normally do not leave reviews but believe this is one that I rate high or very low on quality vs price. The quality of the material is awesome, heavy duty, however the material was not powder coated and formed rust the day that I placed it in my fire ring after a rain. For the price I payed for this it should have at least lasted from rusting more than one rain.”

“Bench once I put it together was very solid and sturdy. Exactly like picture. Assembly was fairly easy but required muscle to sink dowels. 3 coats of tung oil turned it from a very nice looking bench to a piece of fine furniture with a beautiful shiny glow.! Almost too nice to put in the garden! Ordering was easy and it was delivered within a few days. Very pleased.”
