The bench is perfect in our garden. We did have some issues with placing the screws, and a few went through the wood.

I ordered my table at the end of September and shipped date changed 3 times , I haven’t open the box in which it was delivered. The communication was horrendous I sent emails asking about table it took you for ever to respond.

exceeded my expectations craftsmanship and finish was great , went together easily and i was impressed it used dowels instead of metal fasteners very pleased with product and would definitely buy again

Customer service is lacking. Placed an order and immediately tried to cancel with no success. To return an item costs shipping and restock fee! Disappointed with results.

I bought teak chaise lounges for my pool. I like them and they were easy to put together. My only suggestions are that the bolt holes benefit from being counter bored, and it would be nice to have had a suggested cushion vendor who is familiar with the product. I would buy again.

So far I love the product. I am expecting some rust in the rain per past reviews but its a heavy solid piece, fits great and hopefully will last many years

Purchased the teak glider the instructions are terrible the part numbers on the furniture pieces do not match the instructions. I have emailed and called them over 8 times and two full weeks later no assistance and an un assembled expensive piece of furniture

The 32" Hemisphere Fire Pit arrived very quickly. It is everything that it was advertised,very well constructed. It was rather unstable on the stand, but with a little adjustment it fits just fine. The spark screen is well built and the pit works just great. We have used it almost every evening since we got it. I give it a 4.5 out of 5 as the grate is very flimsy and probably won't last but about a month. We consider it well worth the price and will definately check out Ash & Ember for other accessories.

Box arrived damaged by carrier. After opening, product was packed well enough not to be damaged. Instructions for assembly were clear and all parts accounted for. Unfortunately, four screw holes would not align with pre drilled holes. One on the ring at the bottom of the pit and one out of three on each leg. Haven’t put it to use yet. Hoping it holds up to weather.

STUNNING! We absolutely love it on our porch! This rack is simple, elegant and impressively solid. I'm already eyeing a few other products! 😄 (Keep in mind, this rack is made for longer than standard cut firewood. Min. 20" cut)

The 4 chairs I purchase went down in price by $33 each a few days after I got them. When I called CS, I was told there was a 7-day price adjustment policy that I missed by 2 days. When asked where this policy was posted I was told I had to search for it using a chat box and it wasn’t posted where the other policies are. Macy Santos in CS was getting quite snarky until I asked for the CEO’s name. I actually went to the Ash and Ember website to do more shopping when I discovered the price change. I was a repeat customer, but not anymore. I will post my frustrations on Facebook and any other online outlets that I can.
