“GORGEOUS TABLE!!! We love our new dining table and CANNOT wait to use it! The New England weather is not cooperating for as quickly as we want to dine outdoors, but it is soft, smooth wood, a beautiful color and design. Perfect in size and feels strong and sturdy, planning a LOT of years ahead making memories together around it in our backyard!”

“I ordered a pair of teak armless chairs, sort of for my own 79th birthday, to use for chair yoga. They were priced as expected for good quality furniture, and looked like what I wanted. I put them together myself, and they are comfortable, as well as functional. The wood is dense and heavy and sanded very smooth. They are handsome and the simple style blends well with some mid-century type armchairs on my porch. They arrived quickly, well packed, without excess packaging. That said, breaking down the packaging for taking to a dumpster took almost as long as assembly of the chairs! I wish the oil kit had also arrived, but instead it is "out of stock".”

“I compared these chairs with similar products and these were the best priced chairs I could find. Basically, the set I bought was the same price as the set I bought from another party 20 years ago. Aside from Teak this is Grade A Teak, which means its the best quality like the one I bought 20 years ago which is still holding up great. I am so happy with this purchase I want to buy more products but I don't have the space.:)”

“We love the teak rope chairs and table we received from Ash & Ember. They are well made and beautiful. There was slight damage done to the table while in transit and customer service was excellent and credited me, recommended insurance next time. Overall very happy with this company, the quality and look of the furniture and their customer service. Also very fast shipping.”

“Very solid piece. My only criticism is the directions. There really are none other than an ikea style black and white graphic that showed all the parts. I assembled it solo and took about 45 minutes.”

“Very beautiful and sturdy bench. The top curvature is very subtle I was worried about that when ordering. Shipped super fast I think I got it like 4 days after ordering it. Easy assembly using dowels”

“I am satisfied with our outdoor table and chairs, it is exactly what we were looking for. It is heavy duty and will last for years and years. Here are a couple issues that I experienced, although I would still have made purchased regardless. 1. The chairs were extremely difficult to put together, although I do appreciate the craftsmanship. 2. The wood arrived dry and cracked. I spent a couple hours applying a high quality teak wood sealer and UV protectant. I will apply a second coat soon. Hopefully with oil and a cover the cracks won’t get any larger. Overall, we are impressed with Ash & Amber, this is our first time purchasing from the company. Customer service was very helpful with tips and tricks to get the chairs together.”

“product seems goo, price fair. the shipping was difficult in that i either failed to enter the address i wanted to ship to or somehow the website reverted to my billing address. when i called (same day i ordered) it was difficult to get to someone and then they told me that i would have to pay a shipping change fee - time 3 (!) as these were shipped separately (even though i ordered all at once). to effect this they needed a copy of the invoice of my paying for the change of addres fee, but i never recieved any invoiceto pay by. when i chase that for follow up, they did finally email an invoice another day later by which time the shipment was actually already out for delivery. very cumbersome process”
