“I ordered the 36" hemisphere fire pit for my husband as a 6th anniversary gift (iron anniversary). The first fire pit was beautiful but damaged upon delivery - thank goodness I purchased shipping protection through Route! Route responded to my claim quickly and sent a new fire pit at no additional cost. The second package arrived with beaten up cardboard but thankfully the fire pit was intact. It arrived as described on the website. It's a beautiful addition to our patio/back yard.”

“We ordered a teak cart however the one we received had a could have defects in the wood. We called customer service and they took care of us right away and we received the new cart in record time.”

“We got these chairs to use with a round outdoor table. They are really lovely— beautifully finished— and very sturdy. My husband had no trouble putting them together (you must use a rubber hammer) although it did take some time to assemble four.”
