My initial experience was wonderful when all 6 of my chairs arrived quickly. Beautiful product.
The table arrived about 6 days late, which was unfortunate because I needed it for a party. I don't fault Titan for the delay.
Titan was able to offer a discount for the damaged table that I feel is fair.
The product is amazing and you can tell it will last for a long time.
