The ordering process was extremely simple and straight forward. Even though this was a large item, we still received it within 1 week of our order. Assembly, if you could call it that, was one bolt attaching the base and it was the easiest item we have ever put together. The only negative was when I received the confirmation email it didn’t have an expected arrival date. Would definitely recommend this company.
