I received the grill after the third time because the first two packages were lost by FedEx. When I received the third grill, it was barely in the box. I am sure that the product is great and I will enjoy it but the packaging and shipping is an issue. I can see that after being handled three or four times by less than careful people the box is going to disintegrate. The grill needs more prtective insulation and better quality boxing.
