The assembly was VERY easy. The grate rolls up and down effortlessly unlike some that stick or doesn't roll down at all. The height is great, moves the grate high enough to stay out of the flame when necessary, again unlike some others. needless to say, originally I bought one of them "others". Probably not allowed to say the name but cost a little more than the Titan without near the quality.
