There was a bit of confusion.... My order did not arrive.... I contacted customer service after about three weeks - who informed me that my package had not gone out for delivery - and my order had been voided. Would I like to place another order for the same item? O.K. - Second time around everything went smoothly and the order arrived in a week o\r so. The customer service representative was very helpful, and friendly. But what happened on the original order?
