I’ve been using my Pitt Boss pellet for a while now and has replaced my BHC Barrel and Weber 22” Kettle. Just easy pushing a button to turn on the pellet, LoL. However, with the Santa Maria attachment it just made me love my Weber again! I love this style of open fire cooking. Just throw in some coals (half chimney) and one or two logs of your favorite (mine is Hickory, Oak and Mesquite). It’s just so mesmerizing of controlling the heat with the wheel and watching the drippings of the meat hit the flame. I did burgers and carne asada with grilled vegetables on a hot 100 degree Texas day and it turned out great. Can’t wait to do more cooks on this beast. BTW Titan was great getting this product to me in a few days, actually beat my expectations. Lastly, the quality and build of this product is fantastic, you will not be disappointed!!
