Ordering was easy and smooth. It was actually receiving the item that was a little frustrating. I ordered and received a confirmation email immediately. I then received an email stating the item was in stock and ready to be shipped, but never received an email confirming the item was shipped. I had to call three times over several days before the team who answered the phone was able to issue a replacement order. Once that was done, I received an email stating the item was being shipped and a tracking number. I received the item very quickly, opened it and checked everything out for the parts, which were all there. My husband and I were able to quickly assemble the grill and tested the motor. Everything looks great and is in working order.
