The ordering process was super easy. Delivery was prompt except the delivery guys left the box resting on it's side when it clearly states whch side should be up. Thankfully there was no damage, nor missing pieces in the shipment. My husband loved his gift! It took him about 2 hours to put it together and we're looking forward to our first roast very soon.
