Website navigation, interactions with customer service and purchasing online were all excellent. While I have not installed the fire ring yet, the quality looks excellent. The packaging for shipping could use improvement: one of the metal tabs used to secure the fire ring to the ground punched through the cardboard shipping box and got scratched in shipping and handling (possibly damaging other products nearby).
